When life shifts, when my inner structures realign and the ground beneath my feet feels different, I discover an essential truth: my light is my anchor. My light is that inner space that remains undisturbed, even when everything around me transforms. Learning to hold onto it is an art, a commitment to myself, an act of love for my own path.
Times of change often bring intense feelings: expansion, uncertainty, excitement, resurfacing memories, and beckoning new visions. Amidst all of this, my energy invites me to pause for a moment, to breathe mindfully, to listen to what resonates within me. Therein lies the art of holding my light: in choosing to return to my center each time the world pulls me outward.
Holding onto my light means recognizing myself as a lighthouse. A lighthouse doesn't force its brilliance; it simply radiates. That's how I want to walk through life: illuminating from my essence, from the stability that comes from staying true to who I am. Even when the external world is in turmoil, my light grows stronger when I honor my truth, when I listen to my intuition, when I trust the inner compass that guides my steps.
During times of change, I allow myself to feel. I allow myself to experience transformation as a sacred process. Every emotion that arises is an invitation to delve deeper, to expand, to embrace the emerging version of myself. Holding my light means embracing my humanity and my spirit simultaneously, without demands, without haste. My soul knows the perfect rhythm.
In these moments of transition, I discover a new clarity. My priorities align, my relationships deepen, and my desires become purer. Everything that resonates with my essence remains close, and everything that has fulfilled its purpose flows toward its next destination. I feel my light amplify when I trust that every movement is guided by an intelligence greater than myself.
Holding my light is remembering that my energy is a temple. A space where I find guidance, strength, and peace. When I go through a change, I return to my rituals: taking deep breaths, connecting with my body, placing my hands on my chest, creating space to feel my soul more clearly. These practices bring me back to my truth, my stability, my light.
Today I walk through life with a gentle certainty: my light is meant to shine in any setting. Changes expand my capacity to love, to perceive, to grow, to be reborn. Each transition reveals a more authentic version of myself. And every time I hold my light, the universe responds with synchronicities, opportunities, and blessings that reflect who I am.
My light is my home. My light is my compass. My light is my greatest strength.
And in times of change, that light becomes my purest way of moving forward.
