One Dream: One Pause

I once had a dream—one of those days when the soul quietly asks for a pause. A day when you wish you could step away from your reality for just a moment and find a safe place to rest, release, and return to yourself. Sometimes we believe that place doesn’t exist, that it’s unreachable, that it’s too far away. That day, I discovered that my refuge was never outside of me; it lived within. And I want to share with you how I found it.
I closed my eyes even though the chaos around me was still present. I took a deep breath and let myself fall into my imagination as if I were falling into an embrace. I visualized myself inside a cylinder—a circular, protective, silent space. When I “opened my eyes” inside that dream, all I could see was the interior of this cylinder, and that was where my creation began. It was my space, and my soul knew exactly what it needed to build.
To my left, a wall appeared, covered in colorful crystals, each one more vibrant than the last. The floor transformed into warm, soft white sand, like the kind that exists only in my ancestral memories. I stood up and took a few steps, and all my senses lit up at once. When my hands touched the crystals, something magical happened: each one released a different melody. It was as if the wall were alive and speaking to me through sound—a music made of light.
My body began to vibrate, filling with a peaceful joy that rose from within. A smile appeared without being summoned. I felt my feet sink into the sand with such a deep connection to the earth that it moved me with gratitude. That cylinder of light began to expand, as if responding to my vibration. The sand was no longer just a floor—it became a vast, illuminated, limitless beach.
In front of me, the ocean appeared. An ocean that knew my name. An ocean that recognized me. The waves moved with perfect rhythm, and suddenly, like a divine gift, sea turtles began to glide by—floating with such softness that I felt guided, accompanied, held. Everything felt so real that I could sense the breeze, hear the water, and feel my entire body relaxing into a depth I had rarely experienced before.
This space was my creation. It was born from my need to breathe, to remember that I always have a place to return to. Since that day, I step into this sanctuary whenever I need a pause, a breath, a reconnection with myself. And I always remember that this space is mine. It belongs to me. It holds me. It frees me from time and space. There is no rush there. Only expansion.
This dream taught me something priceless: it is possible to travel without moving. It is possible to create an inner refuge so real that the soul recognizes it as home. That’s why I’m sharing my experience with you—to invite you to create your own space, your own cylinder, your own beach, your own temple, your own universe.
That place exists for you. All you need is to close your eyes, breathe, and allow your essence to design it. When you find it, it will become your eternal treasure. Your sacred pause. Your safe world. Your return point. Your freedom.
